Find only service
We offer a Find only service or Find and Negotiate on your behalf. Both are done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our basic Find Only service has a retaining fee of £1000.00 + VAT*. The Find and Negotiate service has a minimum success fee of £5000.00 + VAT*.
Locally based gives us local knowledge
We are based, and home find, in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. We have built many personal contacts in this area. This benefits you as many agents will call us first. If a property is right for a client, we always buy. The agents are aware that we only have serious buyers as you have paid to retain us to buy.
* Calculated as the greater of: 2% of the purchase price or 15% of the saving we negotiate between the documented asking price and the final purchase price.
